I joined Twitter’s internal Creative Studio to help manage a major brand redesign, entailing 100+ assets be updated on a tight deadline. I stayed on for two years, managing day-to-day projects and operations for the 10-person Design Team.

As a newly formed team, I established processes for creative reviews, resource management, and file management. I handled the busy incoming queue of design requests from across the company, managed internal client relationships, and oversaw end-to-end delivery.
