When Zoox revealed their cutting-edge autonomous vehicle to the world, I came on to help manage creative production & logistics for the launch campaign—including a $1M digital ad campaign and the launch of Webby-award winning Zoox.com.
I stayed on to manage everyday projects for a busy dynamic Creative Lab. I worked across Design, Marketing, XFN teams, and vendors to facilitate campaign timelines, resource scheduling, sprint planning, project delivery, and process improvement.
I spearheaded the rollout of Asana project management software, from setup to training and ongoing support for 50 users. As an Asana expert — I created project templates, intake forms, sprint boards, and automated workflows to build efficiency and structure.
